CANCELLATIONS 

We are sorry you have to cancel your order! Please send an email to info@shaheensweets.com with your order number. You will receive a full refund. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, nor offer credits nor exchanges.

Customers are able to receive a future store credit or a new shipment of their original order under certain conditions:

• Wrong items are sent and are not what you have ordered

• The items have spoiled in transit

• You have not received your order (verified by our Shipping Carriers)​
